    Game Porting Teams Expand

    Harbour Masters, if your not aware, is the team behind some of the most polished Nintendo 64 PC ports, including Mario Kart 64, Super Mario 64, Star Fox 64, and more. Harbour Masters, previously known as Harbour Masters 64, has now upgraded its arsenal of tools to handle GameCube titles and is already working on porting its first GameCube title to PC.

    New Translation Layer in Use

    Spotted by SteamDeckHQ, Harbour Masters is extending its custom Libultraship translation layer beyond the N64 era to focus on porting popular GameCube titles to PC. The results have been pretty promising.

    First Major GameCube Port

    The first major achievement to come out of this work is Twilight Princess: Courage Reborn, a native PC port of the GameCube version of The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. The project was spearheaded by Linifadomra’s team and has progressed incredibly quick, thanks to support from Harbour Masters.

    Current builds of the native PC port run at a stable 60 FPS with full keyboard and mouse support. The project is almost complete, with the team citeing only minor cutscene bugs and polishing issues.

    Team Collaboration Details

    Harbour Masters will handle and contribute to development assistance, as well as provide long-term support, while Linifadomra’s team will retain creative control of the PC port. For context, this PC port is entirely separate from another ongoing effort called Twilight Princess: Dusklight.

    In an announcement on Harbour Masters’ Discord server, the team stated:

    “Through collaboration with the incredible team over at Linifadomra, Twilight Princess: Courage Reborn will be developed using LUS. Linifadomra retains full creative freedom and will continue to produce the results their community has come to expect.”

    Expected Features for 2026

    Courage Reborn is expected to introduce a host of quality-of-life features appropriate for a 2026 PC port, including widescreen support, unlocked resolutions, an uncapped frame rate, overhauled texture packs, and compatibility with mods. Further additions include mouse and gyro aiming options, accessibility options, and in-game menus to tweak settings on the fly.

    The team is also discussing the possibility of mobile and Switch homebrew ports alongside the main PC version.

This new chip promise to bring significant performance improvements for Windows on Arm devices while maintaining power efficiency. The superchip is designed to handle both AI workloads and traditional computing task with ease.

    Microsoft showcases agentic AI at Build 2026

    At its Build 2026 developer conference, Microsoft showcased how “agentic AI” could help convert and validate x86 apps for improved speed and better compatibility, and scale them more effectively on Arm-based systems. The session description read, “See where Arm performance gains are real today, and how agentic AI can help convert and validate x86 applications for speed, compatibility, and scale.” Microsoft’s demos showed AI agents automatically identifying bottleneck in x86 code running under emulation.

    NVIDIA’s Jensen Huang also stepped into the limelight, framed the bigger picture more clearly, and stated, “The PC is being reinvented. For forty years, you launched apps. Click. Type. With RTX Spark and Microsoft Windows, you ask, and the PC does the work.” Huang emphasized that this represents a fundamental shift in how users will interact with their computers going forward. Microsoft’s Satya Nadella stated that RTX Spark has been a “real breakthrough” for delivering “unmetered intelligence to every home and every desk with Windows.”

    Native application performance and emulation challenges

    Microsoft says that currently, 90 percent of the time people spend on their Windows on Arm PCs is inside applications that run natively without any translation layer. Some tools, such as the Prism emulator and related translation technologies, allow a range of older x86 programs to run on Snapdragon X laptops and upcoming RTX Spark machines. There are a few setbacks: some legacy business apps and certain games don’t perform well under emulation or don’t run at all. As a result, developers often have to manually rework parts of the code to achieve optimal performance on Arm hardware.

    AI agents reduce cloud dependency

    That’s where Nvidia and Microsoft step into the picture with their new generation of Arm-based Windows PCs built around AI agents, which are designed to handle real work across apps without constantly communicating with the cloud. These AI agents can automatically detect when an application is struggling under emulation and apply optimization patch in real-time. This local processing capability means users don’t need to rely on internet connectivity for better app performance.

    All in all, Microsoft isn’t claiming that AI agents will magically fix everything overnight. Complex applications with tight security features, such as anti-cheat systems, will still require extensive human oversight, but Nvidia has promised at least some level of compatibility with existing anti-cheat software to placate gamers, a key demographic for the GPU designer, even as it pushes more dedicated hardware, such as the DGX Spark, for users looking to have more agency over their local AI inference.

    Dell’s New XPS Mini PC

    Computex 2026 has been one of the most important tech events for Nvidia and Windows in recent years, and that’s all thanks to the brand-new Spark RTX platform, which is the direct competitor to the ARM-based Apple Silicon found in Macs, which has been a game-changer in modern computing. And with a bit of a delay, we now have our first look at the “Dell XPS RTX Spark Desktop”, the company’s first mini PC utilizing the new Spark RTX series of chips.

    Design and Build

    And yes, for the record, the dark gray Dell PC is the most Mac Studio-looking Nvidia RTX Spark mini PC we’ve seen yet (at least from the front). Reportedly, the vents are on the sides of the chassis, and the removable bottom lid should give you access to the SSD. The port selection on the new Dell XPS RTX Spark Mini PC is as follows:

    • USB-C with Thunderbolt support
    • USB-A ports
    • HDMI 2.1
    • Ethernet
    • Headphone jack

    While the RTX Spark-powered Asus ProArt Mini PC is built around 140W of thermal headroom, we can’t assume Dell is targeting the same number, because cooling capacity depends on each manufacturer’s specific chassis design and performance priorities.

    The RTX Spark platform is scalable, and different manufacturers may choose lower power targets to prioritize factors like fan noise, portability, or cost. In case it’s unclear, the Dell XPS RTX Spark Mini PC uses the exact same RTX Spark platform as the newly-announced Dell XPS 16 Creator Edition laptop. The RTX Spark is expected to arrive in two main flavors, dubbed the N1x and N1. Configurations and pricing will vary widely, depending on RAM and SSD size.

    Just like with all other Nvidia Spark RTX laptops and mini PCs, Dell is yet to announce pricing and availability for the Dell XPS RTX Spark Mini PC.     Just as new games are getting made, old ones are getting remastered or remade, and the latest franchise to get the remaster treatment is the original Hitman trilogy. Scheduled for release in 2027, the remaster will launch on major platforms, save for one.

    The Hitman trilogy has been remade by some very talented people

    The Hitman trilogy which includes Hitman: Codename 47, Hitman 2: Silent Assassin, and Hitman: Contracts is being remade by Saber Interactive in collaboration with IO Interactive, the original developers of the three games. Saber Interactive (via Aspyr Media, Inc) has been behind some recent remasters of classic games such as Tomb Raider I-III Remastered, Tomb Raider IV-VI Remastered, and Legacy of Kain Soul Reaver 1& 2 Remastered.

    What exactly will be upgraded, according to the official press release

    According to an official press release, the remaster will feature enhanced visuals with upgraded character models, enhanced environments, and high-resolution textures; the ability to switch between the modern graphics and the original; and a photo mode, among others.

    Where you can play it when it launches, and where you cannot

    The game will officially launch as Hitman Classic Trilogy Remastered, and will be released for the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S|X, and PC via Steam. There’s no mention of the Nintendo Switch and Switch 2, which is surprising since their hardware should be capable of running the remaster.

Much like the flagship series, the S26 FE appears to adopt a raised camera island similar to the one found on the Galaxy Z Fold series and the latest mid-range Galaxy phones. Interestingly the new camera strip is pushed farther towards the edges of the rear panel compared to the Galaxy A57, giveing it a more distinctive look.

    Beyond the design change, early leaks have pointed toward a familar spec bump compared to the Galaxy S25 FE. The device is expected to be powered by Samsung’s Exynos 2500 chipset, this will be paired with 8GB of RAM. Perhaps most notably the phone is tipped to ship with Android 17 straight out of the box, positioning it as one of the first devices to launch with the updated OS.

For starters, the tipster has reiterated that the only color option for the foldable iPhone (that he’s aware of) is white, which builds on recent rumors that Apple has decided to ditch the black variant and stick to only one color.

    Even though the first foldable iPhone is projected to outsell every other Android foldable once released, it would make sense if Cupertino has decided to keep it simple with its first entry into this (technically) new product category. The other thing that stands out from the live dummy images is the positioning of the inner selfie camera. Now corroborated by a number of leaked design models and schematics, it’s now safe to assume the iPhone Ultra will bring Apple’s first perfectly round punch-hole selfie cutout. Unless there’s a last-minute change.

    Cover Screen and Camera Cutout

    That said, the situation regarding the selfie camera cutout on the cover screen could go either way. Older leaked schematics show a round punch-hole cutout, while the most recent ones show a smaller Dynamic Island cutout similar to what’s expected in the iPhone 18 Pro, which makes more sense for design continuity, and Face ID, of course (although we also expected to see the return of TouchID on the power button). The foldable iPhone is (still) expected to show up alongside the iPhone 18 Pro series in September, featuring the 2nm A20 Pro SoC, the largest-ever battery in an iPhone, a dual-cam system (no telephoto), as well as 5.5-inch cover and 7.8-inch inner displays.

    For context, the new Legion 5i 15IAX11 replaces Lenovo’s Raptor Lake-based model we reviewed in October 2025 (curr. $1,735 on Amazon). However, Lenovo’s Gen 11 model departs from its predecessor in several areas. For instance, the Legion 5i 15IAX11 is around 10 mm shorter than Lenovo’s Gen 10 model. Also, the new Legion 5 is between 5% and 16% thinner, depending on how you cut it.

    Display and Internal Specs Revealed

    Nonetheless, this year’s model contains a larger OLED display. Now spanning 15.3-inches, the glossy display outputs at 2,560 x 1,600 pixels with a 165 Hz refresh rate and 1,000 nits peak brightness in HDR mode, or 500 nits when viewing SDR content. Moreover, Lenovo includes an 80 Wh battery as standard with M.2 2242 (PCIe 5.0) and M.2 2280 (PCIe 4.0) SSD slots. The Legion 5i 15IAX11 supports up to 32 GB of DDR5-5600 RAM too, although only 16 GB can be configured in the US at the moment.

    Additionally, Lenovo limits the gaming laptop to a Core Ultra 7 251HX processor, a 3 nm processor that contains four more efficiency cores and two fewer threads than the Core i7-13650HX in the Gen 10 model we reviewed. Currently, Lenovo charges $2,959 for the Legion 5i 15IAX11 with a GeForce RTX 5060 laptop GPU featuring the same 115 W TGP as its predecessor.
