Xiaomi is expected to launch its new flagship smartphone, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra, on February 25 for the global market. However, there may be a separate launch event in China on February 22. Ahead of the official unveiling, a leak on Weibo has revealed the rumored configurations, price, and specifications of the Xiaomi 14 Ultra.
Xiaomi 14 Ultra Configurations
According to tipster Experience More, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra will be available in three configurations in China. These include:
- 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage
- 16 GB RAM + 512 GB storage
- 16 GB RAM + 1 TB storage
Xiaomi 14 Ultra Price
The leak suggests that the Xiaomi 14 Ultra will also come in a special titanium edition, which will only be available in a 16 GB RAM + 1 TB storage configuration. If the cost remains the same as the previous generation for the 16 GB RAM + 1 TB variant, it will be priced at 7299 Yuan (~$1,000). Opting for the titanium version is expected to add 500 Yuan or more to the price. In case of a price hike, the titanium variant could be priced at approximately 8,000 Yuan (~$1,110).
Xiaomi 14 Ultra Specifications
The Xiaomi 14 Ultra is rumored to feature a 6.73-inch OLED 2K display with curved edges. The display is expected to have a 120Hz refresh rate and an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner. The smartphone will run on HyperOS-based Android 14 and will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip. It is likely to come with LPDDR5x RAM, UFS 4.0 storage, and a 5,300mAh battery with 90W wired and 50W wireless charging support.
On the back, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra is said to have a 50-megapixel LYT-900 main camera with OIS and variable aperture support. It may also include three IMX858 50-megapixel cameras, including an ultra-wide camera, a 3.2x telephoto lens with OIS, and a 5x periscope telephoto camera with OIS. For selfies, the smartphone is rumored to have a 32-megapixel front-facing camera.
