Vivo recently introduced the Vivo Y100t as the latest addition to its Y100-series lineup in China. Although the phone has been up for pre-order in the market since its official unveiling, the pricing details were not initially disclosed. However, it has now hit the shelves with an initial price tag starting at 1,499 Yuan (approximately $208).
Vivo Y100t Price and Variants
The Vivo Y100t is available in three configurations for the Chinese market:
- 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage priced at 1,499 Yuan (~$210)
- 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage priced at 1,699 Yuan (~$236)
- 12 GB RAM + 512 GB storage priced at 1,899 Yuan (~$260)
The phone comes in color options like Moon Shadow Black, Snowy White, and Mountain Green.
Vivo Y100t Specifications
Featuring a 6.64-inch IPS LCD display with FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, the Vivo Y100t is powered by the Dimensity 8200 chipset. It offers 8 GB / 12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM, 8 GB of virtual RAM, and 256 GB / 512 GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The device packs a 5,000mAh battery with 120W fast charging support.
On the front, there's a 16-megapixel selfie camera, while the rear camera setup includes a 64-megapixel primary camera with OIS, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and an LED flash. Operating on Origin OS 3 based on Android 13, the Y100t also supports features like dual SIM, 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, GPS, IR blaster, USB-C port, 3.5mm audio jack, and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
iQOO Z8x Connection
It's worth noting that the Y100t seems to be a modified version of the iQOO Z8x, which was introduced in China last year. There are hints that the Y100t might be rebranded as the Vivo Y100t GT when it reaches markets outside of China.
