Philips Hue has unveiled the Dymera indoor and outdoor wall light, featuring independently controllable LED light sources at the top and bottom. This smart wall light can be conveniently controlled remotely using the Philips Hue app. In addition, the Dymera is seamlessly integrated with various smart home ecosystems. This release follows closely after the leak of a smart floor lamp that the company is also working on.

Customizable Lighting Experience

The Philips Hue Dymera offers users the flexibility to choose colored lights at the top, while warm white light illuminates the bottom. With the recently updated Philips Hue app, users can easily control the Dymera and enjoy a range of features. These include the ability to select from a palette of 16 million colors, implement wireless dimming, group the wall light with other lights in specific zones, and even pre-set scenes to suit individual preferences.

Impressive Specifications

The Dymera wall light boasts a maximum brightness of 1,020 lumens, providing ample illumination for any space. Its color temperature ranges from 2,000 to 6,500K, ensuring the perfect ambiance for any occasion. With an expected cycle life of 25,000 hours, the LED light source is also replaceable by a professional technician. The wall light is encased in a sleek black design, measuring 94 x 230 x 160mm, and is equipped with IP44 weather-proof protection against rain. Its Bridge integration allows for outdoor use, enabling voice commands through Google Home, Amazon Alexa, and Apple Home. Additionally, the Dymera supports Bluetooth connectivity and provides automatic updates through the Philips Hue app.
