Thailand’s NBTC filing reveals Samsung Galaxy A35 5G

The Samsung Galaxy A35 5G smartphone has recently appeared on Thailand’s NBTC certification site, indicating its approval for launch in the Thai market. The device, carrying the model number SM-A356E/DS, has been the subject of leaks and renders, showcasing its new design element called “Key Island,” which was first introduced with the Galaxy A25 5G.

Design and Display

The Galaxy A35 5G features a typical Samsung smartphone layout with a vertically arranged camera setup at the back, enclosed within flat frames. Rumors suggest that the device will sport a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate for smoother visuals.

The smartphone is expected to be available in three color options: icy blue, lilac, and navy blue.

Hardware and Software

The Galaxy A35 5G is rumored to be equipped with an Exynos 1380 chip and run on Samsung’s custom One UI 6.0 interface, based on the latest Android 14 operating system.

Camera and Battery

The device is expected to feature a 50-megapixel primary sensor, accompanied by 8-megapixel and 5-megapixel sensors on the rear. For selfies, it may come with a 13-megapixel front camera.
