Tecno is preparing for the launch of its Pova 6 series smartphone at MWC 2024. The latest sightings of this smartphone have been on certification sites, with the most recent appearance on Malaysia’s SIRIM certification.
The Tecno Pova 6, known by the certification code L17, is part of a lineup that also includes the Tecno Pova 6 Neo and Pova 6 Pro 5G, expected to carry the model numbers L16 and L19 respectively.
Tecno Pova 6 SIRIM Certification
Both the standard and Pro variants have recently obtained the Declaration of Conformity from Europe. This certification listing unveiled some key features like a substantial 6,000mAh battery and potential support for 70W fast charging. However, detailed specifications for the Tecno Pova 6 are still kept under wraps.
Previously, the Tecno Pova 6 Pro was identified on the NBTC certification platform, hinting at a possible launch in Thailand.
The Pova 6 Pro 5G, anticipated as the series' highlight, was recently spotted on the Google Play Console listing. The listing suggests that the smartphone will sport a Full HD+ display, operate on the latest Android 14 operating system, offer 12GB of RAM, and be powered by a Dimensity 6080 chipset.
