Samsung Galaxy Buds 3, 3 Pro Under Development, Potential 2022 Launch

Samsung is reportedly working on two new TWS earphones - the Galaxy Buds 3 and Galaxy Buds 3 Pro. These models are anticipated to succeed the Galaxy Buds 2 and 2 Pro, which made their debut in 2021 and 2022 respectively. Rumors suggest that the Galaxy Buds 3 duo may launch later this year, with recent developments shedding light on these upcoming offerings from the South Korean tech giant.

Galaxy Buds 3 Duo in the Works

According to Galaxyclub, Samsung is actively developing the Galaxy Buds 3 and Buds 3 Pro, identified by the model numbers SM-R630 and SM-R530 respectively. The company is currently working on firmware updates for both models. While a certification website revealed the battery details for the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro's charging case, specific information remains scarce at this point.

Anticipated Launch and Event

As of now, there is limited information available regarding the features of the Galaxy Buds 3 duo. These new TWS earphones are expected to refresh Samsung's audio lineup, especially since the Galaxy Buds FE, released in October last year, currently holds the title of the latest TWS offering from the brand. Given this, the upcoming Buds 3 models are highly anticipated by consumers.

Samsung's Unpacked Event

The Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 and 3 Pro are widely speculated to be unveiled at the Galaxy Unpacked event scheduled for later this year, possibly in July or August. This event is also set to showcase new foldable devices, smartwatches, and tablets. Meanwhile, Samsung has already begun introducing new features for the Galaxy Buds 2 and Buds FE, enhancing the overall user experience for these existing models.
