These devices officially went on sale on December 1, and within the first 14 days, they set a new sales record for the K-series, surpassing the 1 million unit mark. Today, Redmi announced on its Weibo handle that the K70 series has now exceeded 2 million units sold within the first 60 days of availability.

Impressive Sales Figures

Between December 15 and January 30, a span of 46 days, the Redmi K70 series achieved sales of 1 million units. This translates to an average daily sales volume of approximately 22,000 units. Overall, the K70 series maintained an average daily sales volume of approximately 33,000 units.

Different Models, Different Features

The Redmi K70e, priced at 1,999 Yuan (~$280) in China, is the world’s first phone to feature the Dimensity 8300-Ultra chipset. This device runs on the HyperOS-based Android 14. It is worth noting that a rebranded version of the Redmi K70e, known as the Poco X6 Pro, is available in the global market.

The Redmi K70, starting at 2,499 Yuan ($350), comes with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. Meanwhile, the Redmi K70 Pro, priced at 3,299 Yuan ($465), is equipped with the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC.
