iQOO has recently unveiled its much-anticipated Neo 9 and Neo 9 Pro smartphones in China to a warm reception. These phones come loaded with high-end features like a top-tier processor, AMOLED display, and rapid charging capabilities. Post-launch, the phones were up for pre-order and are scheduled for sale starting December 30.

iQOO has disclosed the pre-order statistics for the Neo 9 lineup, and it has received an outstanding response in mainland China. The company reports that within one hour of commencing the pre-sale of the iQOO Neo 9 series, the sales of these devices surpassed the entire day’s pre-sale numbers of the Neo 8 series.
Moreover, the total sales of the iQOO Neo 9 series on the initial pre-order day reached 200% of the deposit pre-order for the Neo 8 series during the same period. Essentially, the Neo 9 series managed to sell double the number of units on its first pre-order day compared to its predecessor, the Neo 8 series.

The iQOO Neo 9 and Neo 9 Pro come with remarkable specifications. They sport a generous 6.78-inch 1.5K OLED display offering a fluid 144Hz refresh rate and HDR10+ support. These phones are driven by potent processors, with the Neo 9 running on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 and the Neo 9 Pro housing the Dimensity 9300. Both variants can be coupled with up to 16GB of RAM and provide 1TB of storage capacity.
To ensure seamless performance during intense gaming sessions, the handsets are outfitted with a robust 6K VC cooling system. Additionally, they are powered by a 5,160mAh battery supporting 120W fast charging.
