Oppo Pad 3 Launch Update

The latest details come via Digital Chat Station, a reputable tipster who disclosed insights on Weibo, a Chinese microblogging platform. According to the tipster, the launch of the Oppo Pad 3 might face a delay. The predecessor, Oppo Pad 2, made its debut in March 2023. However, indications suggest that the successor won't hit the shelves this month, possibly shifting the launch to the second quarter of the current year.

Digital Chat Station also revealed that the upcoming tablet is undergoing testing with top-tier processors from MediaTek and Qualcomm, specifically the Dimensity 9300 and Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, respectively. The final choice of processor for this premium tablet remains uncertain. Notably, the Oppo Pad 2 was introduced with the Dimensity 9000 SoC, hinting that the MediaTek chipset might be favored for the new iteration.

The tablet is anticipated to boast up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage, building upon the foundation set by the Oppo Pad 2. Its display is expected to feature an 11.61-inch IPS LCD panel with a 144Hz refresh rate and 2K+ resolution, complemented by an 8-megapixel front camera. On the back, a 13-megapixel camera is likely to be integrated. Powering the device will be a robust 9,510mAh battery with support for 67W wired fast charging.
