OnePlus is rolling out a new software update for the OnePlus 9/9 Pro and OnePlus 9RT smartphones in India. The update includes the latest January 2024 security patch, along with several other improvements and enhancements to enhance the user experience.

The OnePlus 9 is receiving the firmware version LE2111_14.0.0.212, the OnePlus 9 Pro is getting the LE2111_14.0.0.202 firmware version, and the OnePlus 9RT is receiving the MT2111_14.0.0.212 version. These updates bring the new security patch for enhanced security and improved system stability and performance. Additionally, the updates also improve battery life and fix the swipe-up gesture not working issue on some devices. The background stream features in the Smart Sidebar have also been removed.
