Lenovo recently unveiled the Lenovo Legion Tab, believed to be a rebranded version of the Legion Y700 gaming tablet that was launched in July last year. Although not officially confirmed by the company yet, this new tablet seems to mirror the specifications of its Chinese counterpart.
Legion Tab Specifications
The Lenovo Legion Tab boasts an 8.8-inch display with a 2.5K resolution, a high 144Hz refresh rate, and 500 nits peak brightness. It supports Dolby Vision, HDR10, and stylus pen input, along with two superlinear speakers enhanced by Dolby Atmos. The tablet also includes a dual X-axis linear motor for improved user experience.
Camera and Performance
Featuring a sturdy metal chassis, the tablet houses a modest camera setup with a 13MP main sensor, a 2MP macro lens, and an 8MP front-facing selfie camera. Powering the device is a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor paired with 12GB of non-upgradable RAM and 256GB of internal storage, expandable via a microSD card slot. Additionally, the Lenovo Legion Tab incorporates a heat dissipation system to manage performance efficiency.
Battery and Availability
Equipped with a 6,550mAh battery supporting 45W fast charging, the Legion Tab offers a reliable power solution for extended use. Currently, the tablet is exclusively available in a single configuration of 12GB RAM and 256GB storage, offered in a sleek Storm Grey color variant. While additional variants are present in China, the pricing for the global market remains undisclosed.
