Lenovo and PANDAER Collaborate for Limited Edition Gaming Laptop
Lenovo has recently announced its partnership with PANDAER to release a special limited edition of one of its high-end gaming laptops. This collaboration brings forth the Legion Y9000P PANDAER Edition, a gaming laptop that combines top-tier hardware with a trendy design.
PANDAER, a sub-brand of Meizu, is renowned for its visually appealing products. Lenovo's official teaser highlights that the Legion Y9000P PANDAER Edition is a fusion of cutting-edge hardware and an eye-catching design. It is worth noting that the Legion Y9000P is also known as the Legion Pro 7i in the global market. While the special edition model retains similar internal specifications, it features an etching on the top panel resembling a dragon and the PANDAER x Legion branding.
In terms of specifications, the Legion Y9000P PANDAER Edition gaming laptop is powered by Intel's i9-14900HX processor. This CPU is paired with the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 graphics card, up to 32GB of RAM, and a spacious 2TB SSD internal storage. On the display front, the Legion Y9000P boasts a 16-inch IPS LCD panel with a 240Hz refresh rate, 500 nits of peak brightness, and a 100 percent DCI-P3 color gamut.
Lenovo has scheduled a new product launch event on January 17, 2024, at 5:30 PM CST, where the collaboration between Lenovo and PANDAER will be showcased for the first time. However, specific details regarding pricing and availability have not been disclosed yet. The Legion Pro 7i is expected to hit the global market in March with a price tag of $2,700, so it is likely that the Legion Y9000P PANDAER Edition will fall within a similar price range.
Stay tuned for further updates on this exciting collaboration between Lenovo and PANDAER as we await more information on the availability and pricing of the Legion Y9000P PANDAER Edition gaming laptop.
