iQOO Neo 9 Pro to Launch in India with Black Variant
iQOO is gearing up to unveil the iQOO Neo 9 Pro on February 22 in India. While early teasers have already confirmed a red-white dual-tone finish for the phone, the brand has now released a new poster to officially confirm the availability of a black variant as well.
Introducing the iQOO Neo 9 Pro Conguorer Black Edition
The newly released poster confirms that the upcoming iQOO Neo 9 Pro will also be offered in the Conqueror Black edition. The black variant features a textured matte finish on its plastic back panel, while the red-white version boasts a leather finish. At this point, it remains uncertain if additional color options will be available for the Neo 9 Pro. A real-life image of the black variant of the device is shown below.
Specifications and Expected Price of iQOO Neo 9 Pro
According to reports, the iQOO Neo 9 Pro will feature a flat 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution and support for up to a 144Hz refresh rate. The display will also house an integrated fingerprint sensor for added security.
Under the hood, the Neo 9 Pro will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip, the same chip that will be present in the OnePlus 12R set to go official on January 23. Although the Neo 9 Pro will debut around a month later, it will directly compete with the 12R. The iQOO phone is expected to offer up to 12 GB of LPDDR5x RAM and up to 256 GB of UFS 4.0 storage.
In terms of optics, the Neo 9 Pro will sport a 16-megapixel front camera for selfies. On the rear, it will feature a 50-megapixel Sony IMX920 primary camera with OIS support, along with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens. The device will run on the Android 14 OS with a layer of FunTouch OS 14 on top. It will also come with a 5,160mAh battery with 120W fast charging, dual speakers, and an IR blaster.
As for the price, the iQOO Neo 7 Pro was launched in India with a price tag of Rs 37,999 ($456). The Neo 9 Pro is expected to have a starting price below Rs 40,000 ($480).
