ZTE Changxing 60 Launches in China with Budget Huawei Mate 40 Pro Design

ZTE has introduced the latest model in its lineup, the Changxing 60, targeted at the Chinese market. Positioned as an entry-level device, it bears a striking resemblance to Huawei’s flagship from 2020, the Mate 40 Pro. This phone succeeds the ZTE Changxing 50, which made its debut last year. Let’s delve into the specifics of the ZTE Changxing 60.

Specifications of ZTE Changxing 60

ZTE’s Changxing 60 is a budget-friendly offering with modest specifications. Powered by the UNISOC T7520 SoC, it boasts up to 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB of UFS 3.1 storage. Virtual RAM support allows for memory expansion. The rear of the device houses a 13-megapixel main camera within the “space star ring” camera module.

Design and Functionality

While the Changxing 60 is a fully functional smartphone, its user interface and features lean towards those of a basic phone. The UI is designed to be minimalistic, focusing on essential apps. System apps also follow this simplistic approach. Despite this, the external appearance exudes a touch of sophistication. The ZTE Changxing 60’s rear design resembles a more affordable version of the Huawei Mate 40 Pro. This distinction is particularly noticeable in the vibrant orange color variant of the Mate 40 Pro.
