Xiaomi has announced that June 12th will be the launch date for the 14 Civi in India, marking the first time the Civi series will be available outside of China.
Rumored Specifications
While the company hasn't officially revealed the specs, it's speculated that the 14 Civi will be a rebranded version of the recently introduced Civi 4 Pro in China. Positioned as a more budget-friendly option within the Xiaomi 14 lineup, it aims to compete with models like the OnePlus 12R and iQOO 12.
Xiaomi 14 Civi India Launch Date Set
If based on the Civi 4 Pro, the 14 Civi may come with a 6.55-inch 1.5K AMOLED display featuring a 120Hz refresh rate. The phone could be powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset, along with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage for enhanced performance and data transfer speeds.
Camera and Battery
The camera setup is expected to include a triple-camera system on the back: a 50MP main sensor, a 50MP telephoto lens, and a 12MP ultrawide lens. The front camera may feature a 32MP sensor for selfies.
The device might house a 4700mAh battery supporting 67W fast charging, ensuring it stays powered throughout the day. It is also anticipated to run on Android 14 with Xiaomi’s custom HyperOS overlay.
Pricing Expectations
While Indian pricing has yet to be disclosed, the Civi 4 Pro in China starts at CNY 2,999 (around Rs 35,100) for the base model with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. We can expect similar pricing for the 14 Civi in India.
As the launch date nears, more details about the Xiaomi 14 Civi, including confirmed specifications and pricing, are expected to be revealed.
