After numerous speculations, Vivo has officially introduced the Y03 smartphone in Indonesia, marking its latest addition to the budget-friendly segment and succeeding the Vivo Y02 released in November last year.

The Vivo Y03 centers around a 6.56-inch IPS LCD display with HD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate, featuring a waterdrop notch housing a 5MP front camera.
Camera and Processor
On the rear, the phone boasts two camera rings holding a 13MP primary lens and a QVGA lens alongside an LED flash. Powering the device is a MediaTek Helio G85 processor, known for its octa-core performance suitable for daily usage.
Memory and Battery
The smartphone pairs the processor with 4GB of LPDDR4X RAM and either 64GB or 128GB of eMMC 5.1 internal storage, expandable up to 1TB via microSD. Additionally, it offers Vivo’s Extended RAM functionality and operates on a 5,000mAh battery supporting 15W charging via USB-C.

Equipped with dual SIM slots, 4G VoLTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, and GPS, the device measures 163.78 x 75.73 x 8.39mm and weighs approximately 185 grams. Notably, it holds an IP54 rating for dust and splash resistance. The Vivo Y03 is priced at IDR 1,299,000 for the 4/64GB variant and IDR 1,499,000 for the 4/128GB variant, available in Green and Black colors. Vivo plans to expand the smartphone’s availability to other Asian markets soon.
