The vivo X100s will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ chipset. Earlier speculations hinted at a 6.78-inch flat OLED display with a resolution of 2800×1260 pixels, manufactured by Visionox.

The phone will come with a choice of two RAM options: 12GB and 16GB, along with three storage variants: 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB. On the camera front, the X100s will sport a 32MP front camera and a rear triple camera setup comprising 50MP+50MP+64MP sensors. Among these, there will be a 15mm ultra-wide-angle camera and a 64MP telephoto camera capable of 3X zoom.
Slim Design and Battery
vivo has teased that the upcoming device will boast a sleek 7.8mm profile. One of the contributing factors to this slender design shift is the move from a curved screen to a flat one. Moreover, the phone will house a 5100mAh battery with 100W wired charging support. Additionally, it will feature vivo’s V2 image chip and Zeiss T* coating on the camera lenses.
