Specifications and Design
Beyond the fast charging aspect, specific details regarding the Vivo X100s remain scarce from the certification. However, tipster Digital Chat Station has been steadily disclosing specifications of the upcoming device over the past few months.
The leak suggests that the phone will be available in Black, White, Green, and Titanium color variants. Reports hint at a flat OLED display with minimal bezels and a resolution of 1.5K. The device is anticipated to have a flat metal frame and a glass back panel.

Regarding performance, the X100S might be equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 9300 Plus SoC built on a 4nm architecture. Noteworthy improvements in the Plus model include potentially enhanced clock speeds.
The Dimensity 9300 features a single Cortex-X4 core clocked at 3.25GHz, three Cortex-X4 cores at 2.85GHz, four Cortex-A720 cores at 2.0GHz, and a Mali-G720 Immortalis MP12 GPU.
