Samsung has quietly introduced its newest smartphone, the Galaxy M15 5G, in specific markets like Iraq and the Levant regions.

Samsung Galaxy M15 5G Specifications

The Galaxy M15 5G centers around a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate and 800 nits of brightness for good outdoor visibility. The design of the device resembles its predecessors, featuring three camera rings on the back and slightly rounded edges for a comfortable hold. It is offered in Light Blue, Dark Blue, and Gray color options.

Performance and Features

While Samsung has not officially disclosed the processor, it is mentioned to be an octa-core SoC running at 2.2GHz, likely the MediaTek Dimensity 6100+. The phone is equipped with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, expandable up to 1TB via a MicroSD card.

The Galaxy M15 5G ships with Android 14 out of the box, with a promise from Samsung for four Android updates and five years of security patches. Powering the device is a sizable 6,000mAh battery supporting 25W fast charging. Notably, it retains the 3.5mm headphone jack and includes a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for security purposes.

Camera and Imaging

In the camera department, the Galaxy M15 5G features a triple rear camera setup. The primary camera is a 50MP sensor, accompanied by a 5MP ultrawide lens and a 2MP macro lens. Selfies and video calls are handled by a 13MP front-facing camera.
