Oppo has launched a new plan for battery replacement that is designed to give customers a cheaper and more dependable way to keep their devices running longer. This initiative, shared by Oppo Service, comes with several advantages, such as a battery replacement for just a 50 yuan labor fee (around $7) and a 180-day official warranty.
Overview of the Battery Replacement Plan
With this new plan, customers can have their batteries swapped out for original Oppo batteries, which guarantees that the replacement parts are of the best quality. Additionally, as part of this initiative, Oppo is providing battery maintenance coupons for certain purchases. Customers who spend 5 yuan or more on accessories or products can use these coupons for battery replacements on Oppo’s A/K series models, though some discounted models may not qualify. A higher purchase of 15 yuan will unlock coupons for Oppo’s Find and Reno series, as well as OnePlus devices, though again, some discounted models are not eligible for the coupons.
Extra Benefits and Event Information
Along with the low labor fees and battery maintenance coupons, Oppo is running a special promotion for battery repairs that are out of warranty. Customers who go to Oppo service centers for these out-of-warranty battery replacements will get a complimentary original data cable (available in white and red, while stocks last). This promotional offer runs from December 5 to December 31, 2024.
Oppo is also hosting a fixed-price battery repair event, offering discounted battery replacement services for popular models. For example, the cost for repairs on models like the Oppo Find X3, Reno8 Pro, and OnePlus 9 will be 109 yuan (approximately $15), while the repair for the A52 model will only be 39 yuan (about $5).
With these new services, Oppo is making it easier and more affordable for customers to keep their devices in good condition, helping to prolong battery life and overall device longevity.
