Samsung is rolling out more foldable phones in 2024 than ever before. This summer, the company launched the Galaxy Z Flip6 and Galaxy Z Fold6, currently priced at $1,299.99 when renewed on Amazon. Following this, a special version of the Galaxy Z Fold was introduced, but it is only available in South Korea.
Global Accessibility of Thinnest Foldable
Despite the limited availability, it is still possible to import Samsung's slimmest foldable device worldwide. Recently, the company also showcased the W25 and W25 Flip in China, which feature designs that some may consider more luxurious than the versions available in South Korea and other countries.
Future Foldable Developments
Towards the end of last month, there were whispers that Samsung is working on the Galaxy Z Flip7, Galaxy Z Fold7, and Galaxy Z Fold7 Ultra, referred to as the B7, Q7, and Q7M, respectively. It appears that these models might also be accompanied by the W26 and W26 Flip in China sometime in the future.
Rumors indicate that there could be a Galaxy Z Flip FE as part of this new lineup. A well-known blogger on Naver claims that Samsung plans to produce a significant number of Galaxy Z Flip FE units, although there is currently no timeline for their release.
Skepticism Towards Rumors
We have seen similar rumors about the Galaxy Z Flip FE before, which did not materialize. Therefore, it is wise to approach these claims with a skeptical mindset until more reliable information emerges.
All indications point to the Galaxy S25 series launching in January 2025, according to the same Naver blogger. Following this, the Galaxy S25 Slim is expected to debut in April. This new model seems to be Samsung's answer to the iPhone 17 Slim, although it is believed that the iPhone will be available in greater quantities than the Galaxy S25 Slim at this time.
