Lenovo recently introduced the Thinkbook 14 laptop powered by Intel Core Ultra 5 in China, which became available for purchase at 4999 Yuan (~$695) at the beginning of this month. Now, the Thinkbook 14/16 laptops are hitting the market with optional Ryzen 5-8645H and Ryzen 7-8845H CPUs.
Specifications of Thinkbook 14
The Lenovo Thinkbook 14 features a 14″ 2.8K (2880 x 1800) IPS display with a brightness of 400 nits, a refresh rate of 120 Hz, and a 100% sRGB color gamut. This laptop is equipped with a 1TB M.2 SSD and 16GB DDR5 RAM. It offers expandable dual memory slots up to 64GB and dual hard drive slots up to 4TB.
Battery and Design Features
The laptop is powered by a 60Wh battery, supporting fast charging of up to 50% in just 30 minutes. Weighing 1.42kg and 16.9mm thick, it also features a 180-degree opening and closing mechanism for added convenience.

On the other hand, the 16″ version of the Thinkbook boasts a 2.5K display with 350 nits peak brightness and a 90% screen-to-body ratio. It includes a 71Wh battery due to its larger size, weighing about 1.82kg and sharing the same thickness of 16.9mm with its smaller counterpart. Both laptops come with a portable 100W Type-C gallium nitride power adapter.
