Custom Vintage Photography Keycaps: CannonKeys’ New Ergonomic Design
CannonKeys has just disclosed its new and unique mechanical keyboard keycap set, the PBS Aperture Priority, specifically designed for photographers and camera fans. These keycaps are made from dye-sublimated PBT, which means they are likely to be more long-lasting compared to standard ABS keycaps (something we discussed in our recent review of the Lofree Flow Lite). The set showcases some distinct attention to detail.
Unique Design Features
Not only does this keycap set bring something fresh to the table in terms of design, but it also unveils a completely new keycap profile known as PBS (Penguin Belly Slide). The Aperture Priority set features a bold black and mustard yellow color palette, with a clear retro font on the main alpha keys. The modifier keys include bright yellow highlights and camera-related graphics. Additionally, the modifiers cleverly reference different camera settings, like ISO, exposure compensation, white balance options, F-stop values, and shutter speed indicators.
Innovative Keycap Profile
This set is the first to introduce the inventive PBS keycap profile, created by matt3o, a well-known figure in the custom mechanical keyboard community. The new PBS profile has a consistent height across all key rows and a curved top on the alpha keys. Some modifiers and the bottom row are not as deeply concave, and users have the option of convex keycaps for the bottom row to enhance thumb comfort. The PBS profile seems designed to provide a similar typing feel to an SA-like profile while also allowing for better compatibility with international languages or alternate layouts like DVORAK and COLEMAK.
Compatibility and Pricing
When it comes to compatibility, Aperture Priority is available in a standard Staggered Base kit and an Ortho/40s kit, which features narrower modifier keys. Both kits include support for various non-standard key sizes, such as split spacebars (with multiple 2u, 2.25u, and 2.75u options included in the base kits), as well as ISO Enter and Shift keys for European users.
PBS Aperture Priority is currently only offered as a group buy, priced at $79 for the staggered base kit and $74 for the Ortho/40s base kit. There’s also a $64 artisan keycap named the Salvun REC, which is inspired by vintage shutter buttons. You can only get PBS Aperture Priority from CannonKeys.

Wild Canon PowerShot V1 Rumored to Feature Micro Four Thirds Sensor
We just shared some buzz about the soon-to-be-released Canon PowerShot V1, rumored to be a tiny compact camera aimed at video enthusiasts and featuring a fixed zoom lens. Initially, we thought this new model would come equipped with a 1-inch sensor, like the iconic Canon PowerShot G7 X III, which is pretty common for compact cams. But now, fresh whispers suggest that the PowerShot V1 might actually utilize a Micro Four Thirds sensor instead.
Sensor Details
According to 43addict, the Canon PowerShot V1 is expected to sport a 24 MP Micro Four Thirds sensor. It’s not entirely clear if this is about the effective sensor size or the actual sensor size, but if it is the effective size, it could mean it shares the same sensor as the $1,519.99 Panasonic Lumix G9 II. Just because it uses a Micro Four Thirds sensor doesn’t mean Canon will adopt the lens mount, though. There’s a good chance that Canon will maintain a compact design similar to the Canon PowerShot G7 X III, opting for a fixed lens like that found on the Panasonic Lumix LX100 II (currently priced at $1,199 on Amazon) or the Leica D-Lux 8.
Canon’s New Direction
This rumor is a bit surprising since it would mark Canon’s debut in the Micro Four Thirds sensor space, but it’s not outside the realm of possibility. The larger sensor could offer benefits that align with their intended audience. The Lumix LX100 II, along with its Leica counterpart, slightly crops the Micro Four Thirds sensor to keep a smaller design. While this might not be ideal for light gathering, it does open up the unique Multi-Aspect feature.
For users who are into social media, which is the main audience for cameras like the PowerShot V1, the Multi-Aspect feature would let them take full advantage of the sensor and lens to capture shots in various aspect ratios without needing to digitally crop. Canon has also mentioned in a recent investor call that they are refocusing on the compact camera market due to the rising popularity of these types of cameras among social media influencers.

Fujifilm ZUH6000: First 4K Projector in Z-Series with Rotatable Lens
The Fujifilm Projector ZUH6000 is now revealed as the newest addition to the Z-series. This model is specifically created for commercial spaces like museums and art galleries. It will come in both black and white options and is noted for its lightweight design, weighing in at 17.5 kg (~38.6 lbs), with compact dimensions of 486 x 496 x 175 mm (~19.1 x 19.5 x 6.9 inches).
Innovative Lens Design
Like previous models, the FP-ZUH6000 features a unique two-axial rotatable lens, which allows for projection in various directions. Fujifilm touts this innovation as an industry first, with the lens capable of being tilted 90° and rotated a full 360°. Additional highlights include an impressive lens shift capability of 82% vertically and 35% horizontally, along with a 1.1x optical zoom.
Enhanced Image Quality
This projector is the first in the series to support 4K resolution (3,840 x 2,160 px) images. It is designed as an ultra-short throw projector, enabling larger image displays from closer distances. The DLP technology used in this model provides up to 6,000 lumens of brightness, comparable to the earlier Z6000 model. However, Fujifilm hasn’t specified if this brightness meets any industry standards like ISO or ANSI lumens. In addition, the new model boasts 1.5 times better color reproduction than the Z6000.
Release Information
The Fujifilm Projector FP-ZUH6000 is expected to be launched this summer. Specific details such as the precise release date, pricing, and the countries where it will be available are still pending. Nonetheless, it will be showcased at the Integrated Systems Europe 2025 event in Barcelona, Spain, from February 4th to 7th.

DJI Mini 5 Pro: Insights on Mini 4 Pro Drone Successor

New Rumor Suggests Upcoming Release of DJI Air 4 Drone
Jasper Ellens has shared some initial insights about a new prototype drone from DJI. Recently, multiple sources have provided info on other upcoming DJI models, including the Mavic 4 Pro, Mini 5, and Neo 2. Additionally, the company might also be developing the Osmo Action 6, Osmo Mobile 7, Osmo Mobile 7P, and the RS 4 Mini.
Exciting Developments Ahead
It seems DJI is not only focused on refreshing its Mavic, Mini, and Neo lines, but there’s also a new Air drone on the way. This drone is reportedly called the Air 4, and Ellens claims it hasn’t been seen in any photos before. The leaker has shared a screenshot from a longer video, showcasing three sensors on top for obstacle avoidance, which bear a resemblance to those found on the Mavic 4 series.
Notable Changes
Some differences from the Air 3S (currently priced at $1,199 on Amazon) include arms that appear to be thicker and a possibly updated array of front-mounted sensors. Ellens mentions that DJI is still a ways off from replacing the Air 3 series with this fourth-generation model. He stresses that there’s no assurance this prototype will move forward as intended. Nonetheless, Samsung has added some software improvements to these new flagship models, making them more advanced in terms of photography compared to the earlier versions.
Exclusive Features for the S25 Series
Currently, these camera-focused software upgrades are unique to the Galaxy S25 series, although there are rumors that older flagship models may receive these enhancements with the upcoming One UI 7.1 update. One of the standout additions is a set of new film-style filters that are designed to enhance the user’s photography experience.
Customizable Filters and Enhanced Options
The camera application on the Galaxy S25 series includes six brand-new filters, along with better versions of four existing ones. All of these filters can be customized, allowing users to tweak the color temperature, contrast, and saturation levels to their liking. There are also AI-based custom filters that users can take advantage of.

By doing this, Canon is basically saying it will ramp up production, but fresh rumors suggest that the company is also hinting at introducing more models within the compact PowerShot series.
Expansion of the PowerShot Line-Up
Rumors circulating from CanonRumors indicate that Canon plans to expand and update its PowerShot V series, which debuted the interesting yet budget-friendly $429.99 PowerShot V10 vlogging camera last year. This update is expected to bring forth a new video-centric compact camera that sports a more traditional design.
Changes on the Horizon

New DJI RS 4 Mini Gimbal and Intelligent Tracking Module Leaked
Igor Bogdanov is back, sharing new details about the RS 4 Mini after briefly looking at the Osmo Mobile 7 and Osmo Mobile 7P yesterday. He was actually the first to leak official images of the RS 4 Mini, which were first seen at regulatory agencies late last year.
New Lifestyle Photos
In his earlier posts, Bogdanov provided quite dull product images that didn’t really show the RS 4 Mini in action. However, this time he has shared a variety of ‘lifestyle’ shots, showcasing the camera gimbal in more appealing environments. It’s clear that DJI is gearing up to promote the RS 4 Mini, particularly highlighting its new Intelligent Tracking module, which connects using eight pogo pins.
Compatibility Insights
The first image below also seems to indicate that the Intelligent Tracking module will work with the Osmo Mobile 7. From what we can gather, this module should enable both the Osmo Mobile 7 and RS 4 Mini to utilize DJI ActiveTrack, a feature drones use for tracking moving subjects. At this point, it’s still uncertain if DJI will extend Intelligent Tracking support to last year’s RS 4 and RS 4 Pro, which is currently priced at $869 on Amazon.
