    More Devices Coming Soon

    More devices will be added to the ColorOS 16 update list later this month. According to Oppo’s official global update timeline, the Reno 14 Pro 5G, Reno 14 Pro 5G Diwali Edition, Reno 14 F 5G, Reno 13 Pro 5G, Reno 13 5G, Reno 13 F 5G, and the Oppo Pad 3 Pro are all set to receive the Android 16-based update before the end of November. The company has stated that it will provide further information when the rollout begins.

    ColorOS 16 is a significant update that offers numerous improvements. Most importantly, the new version features a complete visual redesign and emphasizes fluidity, with Oppo describing its fresh look as “inspired by the interaction of light and shadow” found in nature. Additionally, the update brings Seamless Animation for more fluid transitions when launching apps, switching between tasks, or moving through widgets, making daily interactions appear more responsive.

    Enhanced Personalization

    Personalization has also been greatly enhanced, allowing users to set motion photos or videos as wallpapers, adjust fonts, or even let AI create styles that match their backgrounds. Moreover, the Always-On Display now showcases your complete wallpaper, similar to the implementation found on iPhones, while the new Flux Home Screen feature permits users to resize icons and folders for a more vibrant and customizable layout.
