Samsung Galaxy Wide 7 visits Google Play Console

The South Korean tech giant's Galaxy Wide 7 has shown up on the Google Play Console (Via TheTechoutlook) with the model number SM-M156S. The database indicates that the phone is powered by the MediaTek MT6835V/ZA chipset, also known as the Dimensity 6100+. This processor features two cores clocked at 2.2GHz and six cores running at 2GHz, complemented by the Mali G57 GPU. The phone will come with Android 14 OS based One UI custom skin pre-installed.

The listing also indicates that the Galaxy Wide 7 may be available in three RAM variants: 4GB, 6GB, and 8GB. The front display specifications include a 450DPI and a resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels (FHD+). However, other details like the battery, camera specs, and release date are not disclosed in the certification. Based on these specifications, it appears to be similar to the Galaxy M15, which was quietly launched in March 2024 with the Dimensity 6100+ SoC.

It features a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED display, boasting a 1080 x 2340 resolution, a 90Hz refresh rate, 850 nits of peak brightness, and a 13-megapixel front camera. On the rear, it has a triple camera setup consisting of a 50-megapixel primary sensor, a 5-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2-megapixel macro shooter. Additional features include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, Android 14 OS based One UI 6 custom skin, and Bluetooth 5.3.
