BIS certification implies imminent launch of Vivo T3 5G in India

Vivo is set to expand its T series lineup in India with the upcoming launch of the T3 5G. The device’s existence has been confirmed through an official BIS certification listing, where it is identified by the model number V2334.

Vivo T3 5G BIS Certification

While the initial listing did not provide any specifications, further confirmation and technical insight came from the device’s appearance on the Bluetooth SIG certification website.

The Bluetooth certification verifies the T3 5G’s name and reveals that it will use the latest Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity standard. However, other details about the device are currently unavailable.

Successor to the Vivo T2 5G

The Vivo T3 5G will succeed the T2 5G, which was launched in April of last year. It is possible that the T3 5G will be launched around the same timeframe. Before we delve into the T3 5G, let’s briefly recap what its predecessor offered.

Vivo T2 5G Specifications

Under the hood, it is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 SoC with Adreno 619GB GPU. The smartphone comes with options for 6GB or 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, which can be expanded via a microSD card. It runs on Funtouch OS, based on Android 13.

The camera setup on the T2 5G is notable, featuring a 64MP primary sensor with OIS and EIS, along with a 2MP bokeh sensor on the back. For selfies, it has a 16MP front camera.

In terms of connectivity, the phone supports 5G, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and USB Type-C. It is equipped with a 4,500mAh battery and supports 44W fast charging.
