Lenovo has officially revealed the next addition to its compact gaming tablet lineup: the Lenovo Legion Y700 Infinite. The device, which was initially teased at the G-Fusion Game Festival 2026 in China, has now been confirmed by name and shown off in a fresh promotional video that highlights its design and gaming-centric styling.
Rear RGB accents and build details
One of the standout features showcased in the video is the tablet’s rear illumination system. Three RGB light strips encircle the rear camera module, sitting just above the flash unit and giving the device a distinctly gaming-focused look.
The footage also offers a brief view of the front panel. While Lenovo emphasizes that the screen has slim bezels, they still appear somewhat prominent in the early visuals. The company has not yet officially confirmed the display specifications, though industry expectations point to an OLED panel. The physical screen size itself remains unannounced.
Positioning and connectivity
The new model is set to be smaller than the recently launched Legion Y700 Gen 5, sold internationally as the Legion Tab Gen 5 and currently priced at $699.99 in Lenovo’s online store. That flagship tablet is driven by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor and debuted in China in March 2026. With the Y700 Infinite, Lenovo is broadening the form factor options within its small-screen gaming portfolio.
Crucially, Lenovo has already confirmed that 5G connectivity will be integrated into the upcoming tablet, a feature the company highlights as a core selling point. Further specifications and a detailed launch timeline are expected to be shared in the near future.
