Vivo’s Product Manager Han Boxiao recently unveiled an image highlighting the rear design of the X200. Today, he took to Weibo to share another image, providing a first glimpse of the X200’s front. In the picture, the Vivo X100 is shown on the left, while the new X200 is displayed on the right.
Front Design of the Vivo X200
The image illustrates the X200’s ultra-slim bezels and its innovative micro-quad-curved design. This distinctive design blends the experience of flat and curved displays, creating an elegant and sophisticated appearance.
With its flat edges, the X200 promises improved grip. When compared to the X100, the X200 looks more luxurious and appealing. Han Boxiao highlighted that this device offers a superior tactile experience. There are rumors suggesting that the X200 will be available in several colors, including Sapphire Blue, Moonlight White, Titanium, and Midnight Black.
Striking Back Panel and Photography Features
The back panel of the X200 showcases delicate wave patterns that alter in appearance based on angles and lighting. Beyond its eye-catching design, the Vivo X200 also shines in the photography department. Earlier this month, Boxiao shared a low-light photography sample from the X200, demonstrating its capability to capture clear and detailed night scenes without glare or overexposure.
According to reports, the X200 is anticipated to sport a 50-megapixel Sony IMX921 primary camera with optical image stabilization, a 50-megapixel Samsung JN1 ultra-wide lens, and a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom. It is expected to be powered by the Dimensity 9400 chipset, feature 16 GB of RAM, offer 1 TB of storage, and come equipped with a 5,700mAh battery that supports 90W fast charging, running on OriginOS 15 based on Android 14.
Launch Date and Additional Models
The Vivo X200 is set to launch on October 14, alongside other models such as the Vivo X200 Pro, Vivo X200 Pro Mini, and Vivo X200 Pro Satellite Communication Version.
