Capcom has revealed the first big crossover event for Monster Hunter Wilds, collaborating with Street Fighter 6 for a packed update set to drop on May 28. This partnership brings a playable Akuma armor set for hunters, along with a Blanka-Chan outfit for Palicos.

But this update isn’t just about looks. Players can wear the complete Akuma armor and unleash famous moves such as the Gou Hadoken, Gou Shoryuken, and the Raging Demon. Wearing the full armor set will affect how weapons perform and even introduce new stun mechanics. Furthermore, the update will implement a version of Street Fighter 6’s Drive Impact system, giving players even more gameplay options.

Besides Akuma, there are additional notable features in the upcoming update.
