Vivo X200 and Oppo Find X8 Flagships Coming to Global Markets Soon

Oppo and Vivo are preparing to unveil their flagship smartphones, the Find X8 series and X200 series, in October. Both companies are also set to introduce these models to the global market, and if the rumors are true, the wait may be shorter than in previous launches.

Global Launch Timeline

Recent reports suggest that Vivo and Oppo are targeting an international release for their flagship devices in October or November. If these timelines hold true, it would mark an earlier global rollout compared to previous launches by these Chinese brands. While a simultaneous launch across the globe is not typical for companies like Vivo and Oppo, even a regional introduction outside of China would be a good sign for fans eager for these devices. Leaked details indicate that both phones may feature up to 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage in international markets.

Expected Features of Oppo Find X8 Series

The Find X8 is anticipated to be equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 chipset, which has shown impressive performance on Geekbench, both in single-core and multi-core tests. According to a recent report, the Find X8 will include a 5,700mAh battery that supports wireless charging, while the X8 Pro is rumored to come with a slightly larger 5,800mAh battery and 50W wireless charging capability. Both models will support 80W wired charging. Additional features are expected to include an IP69-rated body, an alert slider, and a dedicated button for camera controls.

Features of Vivo X200 Series

Vivo has begun teasing its X200 series smartphones, highlighting the micro-quad-curved display design. Rumors suggest that the X200 will be available in several color options, such as Sapphire Blue, Moonlight White, Titanium, and Midnight Black. Reports indicate that the X200 will feature a 50-megapixel Sony IMX921 primary camera with optical image stabilization, a 50-megapixel Samsung JN1 ultra-wide lens, and a 50-megapixel IMX882 periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom. It is expected to include the Dimensity 9400 chipset, 16 GB of RAM, 1 TB of storage, a 5,700mAh battery with support for 90W fast charging, and will run on OriginOS 15 based on Android 14.
