Vivo has recently launched a detailed teaser site for the V50. While information on pricing and the release date is not yet available, the website does share key insights regarding the smartphone’s design and features. The V50 showcases a sleek and modern look, featuring a display with a pill-shaped camera module and a back that smoothly curves on all sides.

The V50 is equipped with a stunning 50 MP selfie camera that uses a wide-angle Zeiss lens. It has a 50 MP main camera with optical image stabilization and a 50 MP ultra-wide-angle camera, providing a 119-degree field of view and 4K video support. The camera application allows users to mimic various Zeiss lens types, including a 50 mm Zeiss Biotar, a 35 mm, and a 23 mm Distagon. Additionally, the device features an innovative ring-shaped LED flash, branded as “Aura Light 2.0,” which aims to deliver more even lighting for portraits than traditional LED flashes.
Design and Durability
The Vivo V50 boasts an IP69-certified water-resistant body, featuring “Diamond Shield Glass” that is claimed to be 50% more resistant to drops than its predecessor. Despite its slim profile, Vivo has incorporated a notably large 6,000 mAh battery, which supports fast charging of up to 90 watts via USB-C. Rumors suggest that the smartphone includes a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz.
Performance Specs
Powering the V50 is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor, ensuring that this mid-range device can deliver impressive performance. It features four ARM Cortex-A715 performance cores with boost clock speeds of up to 2.63 GHz, alongside four Cortex-A510 efficiency cores. However, it remains uncertain whether the Vivo V50 will be launched globally.
