In contrast, subscribers from Spain, the UK, and France noted they got a different kind of email (as reported by Resetera). This email informed them of the price increase for their current subscriptions. A Game Pass Ultimate user from one of these European regions shared their email, which specified that the new pricing would take effect on November 4. Interestingly, these users did not receive the 60-day advance notice.

    Price Changes in Canada

    Additionally, a subscriber located in Canada also received the email about the upcoming price hike for their Game Pass Ultimate plan.

    At the moment, it looks like some areas will be subjected to the price increase while others will not. It is hoped that Microsoft will soon clarify the situation and provide a list of regions that will incur the higher fees starting November 4. Meanwhile, some retailers, including Amazon, Best Buy, GameStop, and Walmart, are still offering subscriptions at the old prices for the time being.
