Samsung Galaxy S25 Series Specs Leak with Official Images

Galaxy S25 series leaks are coming in quickly. Currently, Samsung is not anticipated to share any information about the successors to the Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24 Plus, or Galaxy S24 Ultra (curr. $995 on Amazon). Instead, the company is likely to present new flagship models on January 22 during its upcoming Galaxy Unpacked event in San Jose.

Retailer Listings and Specifications

Recently, an Italian retailer was seen listing all three upcoming smartphones. Android Headlines has managed to acquire what it claims are detailed specs for the trio, alongside 75 official images showcasing the devices from different perspectives. Not to be outdone, Evan Blass has released unwatermarked versions, which we have included throughout the article.

Key Specifications Table

To make things easier, we have put together all the specifications into a table, as follows:

In summary, there are just a handful of upgrades when comparing the Galaxy S24 and S25 series. For example, all three upcoming flagships are expected to be lighter and thinner than their predecessors. Furthermore, the smallest model will finally feature 12 GB of RAM; Samsung currently offers the Galaxy S24 with 8 GB of RAM.

Performance and Camera Upgrades

The whole Galaxy S25 series is likely to come equipped with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. However, it’s unclear if this will be the case globally. This year’s Ultra model will also include a new 50 MP ultra-wide-angle camera, marking the only hardware change in the series. Consequently, we believe Samsung will continue to rely heavily on its AI software suite, just like it has done with the Galaxy S24 series.
