Samsung Galaxy A56 Global Launch: Support Page Live in India & UK

Samsung is getting ready to unveil the Galaxy A56 very soon. The new mid-range smartphone has just had its support pages activated, confirming that it will be released shortly and showing where it will be available. Let’s take a closer look!

Galaxy A56 Support Page Activated

The support page for Samsung’s Galaxy A56 has gone live in both India and the UK, displaying the model numbers SM-A566E/DS and SM-A566B/DS. For those who might not know, the “E” stands for the Indian variant, while the “B” denotes the global version. The “DS” at the end indicates that there will be support for dual SIM cards. This means both locations will likely feature slots for two SIM cards.

3C Certification for the Galaxy A56

This also suggests that Samsung is planning to launch the Indian and global versions around the same time. Just recently, the Galaxy A56 passed certifications with the FCC and TUV Rheinland. A recent report mentioned that the Galaxy A56 will bring “Awesome Intelligence,” but it might be more difficult to repair due to some design changes.

As a reminder, previous leaks have shown the Galaxy A56’s design, which confirms a new look. The back now has an oval pill-shaped module that holds the triple camera setup. From what we’ve learned so far, the Galaxy A56 will be powered by the Exynos 1580 SoC and will come with 8GB of RAM. Samsung is also planning to release this model in China, as it has appeared in the 3C certification, which even confirmed support for 45W wired fast charging. That’s all the information we have for now, so stay tuned for updates.
