OnePlus Nord CE 4 Shows Off Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 on Geekbench

OnePlus is preparing to introduce the Nord CE 4 smartphone globally on April 1st. Prior to its official launch, the smartphone has made an appearance on the Geekbench platform.

Performance Details

The device, identified with model number CPH2613, achieved a score of 1,135 in single-core tests and 3,037 in multicore tests. It is no surprise that the smartphone is powered by a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chip, a fact that OnePlus has already verified.

The Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chip features a 1+3+4 CPU architecture, with the primary core reaching speeds of up to 2.63 GHz, three performance cores operating at 2.4 GHz, and four efficiency cores running at 1.8 GHz. Furthermore, the Geekbench listing indicates that the device comes with Android 14 pre-installed.

Hardware and Storage

OnePlus has also confirmed that the Nord CE 4 will sport LPDDR4x RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. Recent leaks suggest that the phone will be offered in two variants: 8/128GB and 8/256GB, with a provision for expandable storage via a microSD card slot.

Design Insights

In terms of design, the smartphone features a dual-camera setup aligned vertically at the rear. Positioned at the top are an IR blaster and a microphone, while the power button and volume controls are located on the right side. Notably, the traditional OnePlus alert slider appears to be absent from this device.

Reports indicate that the Nord CE 4 could potentially be a rebranded version of the Oppo K12, anticipated to debut in China soon.
