Redmi is all set to launch its latest smartphones, the Redmi 13C 4G and Redmi 13C 5G, in India on December 6. As the launch date approaches, the company has started teasing the specifications and features of these upcoming devices. The Redmi 13C models are expected to come with new hardware and software features, surpassing the Redmi 13C 4G and 5G variants. Redmi 13C 5G's Chipset
According to the information provided, the Redmi 13C 5G will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ SoC. This is a newly launched chipset that was introduced in July 2023 specifically for the low-end market segment. It is built on a 6nm process. The smartphone will be in direct competition with Realme's 11x and Realme Narzo 60z 5G, as all of them feature the same chipset. Additionally, the Redmi 13C 5G is expected to come with 8 GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. It may support 10W fast charging, as per 3C certification, while the 4G variant will have access to 18W fast charging.
Redmi 13C 4G's Display and Camera
On the other hand, the Redmi 13C 4G will sport a 6.74-inch LCD display with a resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels and a refresh rate of 90Hz. While the smartphone has already been launched with the Helio G85 SoC in global markets, there are rumors suggesting that the Indian variant may come with the Helio G99 SoC. Other specifications of the Redmi 13C 4G include 8GB RAM, 256GB storage, and a large 5000 mAh battery with 18W fast charging support. The device will feature a triple camera setup on the rear, consisting of a 50MP primary sensor, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP macro sensor. For selfies and video calling, there will be an 8MP front-facing camera.

In terms of connectivity, both the Redmi 13C 4G and Redmi 13C 5G will come with dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, USB-C port, and a 3.5mm audio jack. These smartphones aim to provide a seamless and convenient user experience.
