The company has confirmed that they will introduce the Razr 50, the Razr 50 Ultra, and the Moto S50 Neo. Through a recent announcement, it was also revealed that the S50 Neo will come with a 4-year warranty.
Moto S50 Neo to Feature a 4-Year Warranty
Impressively, the Moto S50 Neo will be the first smartphone globally to offer a 4-year warranty. The promotional details indicate that this warranty comprises a standard 1-year warranty along with an additional 3-year extended warranty at no extra cost.
Previously, certain models from brands like Xiaomi, OnePlus, Lenovo, and others have come with 2-year warranties, with Meizu’s 20 and 21 series offering 3-year warranties during special promotions. However, the Motorola S50 Neo sets a new industry standard with its 4-year warranty.
The finer points on how users can avail of the extended warranty for the Moto S50 Neo have not yet been released by the company. This extensive warranty is designed to ease consumer worries by covering any potential issues over a 4-year period, thus ensuring a hassle-free user experience. Reports suggest that the global market will see the S50 Neo rebranded as the Moto G85 5G. However, it is doubtful that the G85 will feature the 4-year warranty.
