Xiaomi has introduced a new extension cord that features a robust 67W fast charging capability, complemented by numerous convenience and safety features. Priced at just 99 yuan (around $14), this extension cord offers an attractive option for users looking to expand their charging capabilities without spending too much.
Xiaomi 67W Fast Charging Extension Cord Specifications
This extension cord includes a total of nine power outlets—six AC interfaces, two USB-C ports, and one USB-A port. A notable feature is the USB-C2 port, capable of delivering up to 67W of power independently, making it ideal for fast-charging compatible devices. It supports Xiaomi’s proprietary fast charging protocol as well as other commonly used standards like PD 3.0, QC3.0, FCP, AFC, and Apple 2.4A. According to Xiaomi, it can charge a Xiaomi 14 to 75% in just 30 minutes.
The USB-C1 and USB-A ports offer maximum outputs of 20W and 18W, respectively. The extension cord intelligently adjusts power distribution based on the number of connected devices. For example, when both USB-C ports are used together, they output a combined 45W and 20W. However, if the USB-A port is also in use with USB-C1, the total power is reduced to 15W to ensure efficient charging.
