Lava is reportedly working on a new variant of the Agni 2 smartphone, called the Agni 2S. According to tipster Yogesh Brar, the Agni 2S will have similar specifications to the Agni 2, but with a different processor. The device is expected to launch later this month.

While the exact specifications and pricing of the Agni 2S are still unknown, it is likely to be a mid-range smartphone with a similar price range as the Agni 2. The Agni 2 was launched in May and was priced at 21,999 INR for the 8GB + 256GB model. It featured a 6.78-inch FHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate and was powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7050 SoC. Last month, the Agni 2 was also released in two new color options.
The Lava Agni 2 runs on Android 13 OS and is equipped with a 4,700mAh battery that supports 66W fast charging. It has a 50-megapixel triple camera setup on the rear and a 16-megapixel selfie shooter on the front. It is possible that the Agni 2S will retain the overall design, display, and camera specifications of its predecessor.
However, it is important to note that this information is still unconfirmed, so it should be taken with a pinch of salt for now.
