Lava is about to unveil the Agni 3 smartphone in India later today. For the last few days, the company has been dropping teasers to highlight its design. They have confirmed the chip that will run the Agni 3, but most of the specifications have been kept a secret. A recent leak from tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore has disclosed nearly all the details about the Agni 3, including a few surprising elements.
Expected Features of Lava Agni 3 5G
The Lava Agni 3 is confirmed to come with the Dimensity 7300X chipset. According to the new leak, this device will sport a 6.7-inch curved-edge AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution. On the back, there is reported to be a 1.7-inch OLED screen which can perform simple tasks like showing a calendar and tracking steps, among other features. Images suggest that the phone will be available in blue and white colors.
RAM, Storage, and Battery Information
The leak also mentions that the Agni 3 will be paired with 8 GB of LPDDR5 RAM alongside the Dimensity 7300X chip. Buyers will have the option to choose between 128 GB and 256 GB UFS 3.1 storage variants. It will have a 5,000mAh battery that supports 66W fast charging. The smartphone is expected to run a nearly stock version of Android 14, which might provide a clean user experience similar to other Lava devices.
Camera and Additional Features
For selfies and video calls, the Agni 3 will have a 16-megapixel front camera. The rear camera setup is said to include a 50-megapixel main camera with OIS, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera, and another 8-megapixel telephoto camera. Additional features include Dolby Atmos dual speakers, an Action button, and an in-screen fingerprint scanner.
The addition of a secondary screen and a telephoto lens is an unexpected move from the brand. Nonetheless, there are claims that the Agni 3 might be missing something in its retail packaging. Though there are no specifics, it seems that a charger might not be included with the phone.
