Samsung Galaxy A14 5G Introduces New Variant with Expanded Storage
Samsung launched the Galaxy A14 5G in January last year, and it recently received a price cut of Rs 2,000. The smartphone was initially announced in three RAM and storage configurations. However, the South Korean brand has now introduced a new variant of the device. The Galaxy A14 5G is a budget-friendly offering under the Rs 20,000 segment. It's important to note that Samsung also launched the successor to this smartphone, the Galaxy A15 5G, just last month.
Samsung Galaxy A14 5G gets new variant
According to a report by The Tech Outlook, the Samsung Galaxy A14 5G is now available in a 4GB RAM and 128GB storage option. While the RAM remains the same, the storage capacity has been increased from 64GB in the base variant. The smartphone is priced at Rs 15,499, making it Rs 1,000 more expensive than the base model. As of now, the new 4GB + 128GB variant is not listed on Samsung's official website. However, it is expected to be available soon at offline retail stores across the country.
Impressive specifications and features
The Samsung Galaxy A14 5G features a 6.6-inch FHD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate and a waterdrop notch. It boasts a triple rear camera setup, which includes a 50MP main sensor, a 2MP macro lens, and a 2MP depth lens. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by an Exynos 1330 processor. In addition to the new 4GB + 128GB variant, it is also offered in 6GB and 8GB RAM options, both paired with 128GB of native storage. The device is equipped with a 5,000mAh battery unit that supports 15W charging.

The Samsung Galaxy A14 5G received the OneUI 6.0-based Android 14 update last November, adding new features and improvements to the device.
