Infinix Note 40 Series Featuring ‘Active Halo’ AI Light Feature

Infinix is preparing to introduce the Note 40 series smartphones globally, with the launch scheduled for March 18 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The series is anticipated to include various models such as the Note 40, Note 40 Pro, Note 40 Pro 5G, and Note 40 Pro Plus 5G.

Active Holo Feature Teased

Prior to the launch, Infinix has teased a feature named Active Holo, which combines voice commands with AI-driven lighting effects, providing users with a unique way to interact with their smartphones. This feature is designed to respond to different triggers like incoming calls, notifications, music playback, charging, gaming, and utilizing the "Hi Folax" Voice Assistant.

The Active Holo feature serves as both a notification and charging indicator light, enhancing user interactions with the device. It offers three customizable lighting effects—Lively, Rhythmic, and AI—that users can personalize for each specific interaction.

Innovative Technology and Specifications

Moreover, the Note 40 series is rumored to be equipped with a Cheetah X1 chip that will support power management for the FastCharge 2.0 technology in the Note 40 lineup. This technology is expected to enable Infinix Note 40 devices to achieve fast charging speeds in the triple digits.

While detailed specifications for the Note 40 series are yet to be disclosed, reports suggest that the standard Note 40 may be powered by a MediaTek Helio G91 processor and a 5,000mAh battery. On the other hand, the Note 40 Pro 5G is likely to feature a Dimensity 7020 chipset, along with 8GB of RAM, and run on Android 14.
