Oppo has begun the global rollout of its second-generation magnetic wireless charger, the AIRVOOC 50W Magnetic Charger 2, nearly four months after its initial debut in China. The accessory, which launched alongside the Find N6 foldable, replaces the 2024 model with a series of targeted design refinements.

The device is now on sale in several European markets, including Germany, Spain, and France, as well as in Japan and Malaysia. Availability in the UK has not yet been confirmed.

Consistent Power with Broader Compatibility

The refreshed charger preserves the core performance of its predecessor, delivering up to 50 W of wireless power to compatible Oppo and OnePlus handsets. According to Oppo, the accessory can take the Find N6 from zero to 50 percent charge in roughly 34 minutes. A significant update is the addition of Qi2.2 support, which enables charging at up to 25 W for iPhones and is also compatible with newer Android devices such as the Google Pixel 10 series.

Cooling and Versatility Upgrades

Design changes focus primarily on thermal management. Oppo has revised the internal airflow path and upgraded the built-in fan to enhance active cooling performance. Users can select from three operating modes, including a cooling-only function and a silent mode that combines quiet cooling with charging. The AIRVOOC 50W Magnetic Charger 2 can be used independently, much like a standalone magnetic puck, or attached to the included stand for a desktop charging setup.

Regional Pricing

Pricing varies by market. In Germany and France, the charger carries a manufacturer’s suggested retail price of €79.90. The official Spanish price is set at €129, though it is currently being offered at a reduced price of €69. In Japan, it sells for ¥12,800 (approximately US$79), while Malaysian retailers list it at RM 299 (approximately US$73).
