UK Pricing and Battery Details Emerge for Google’s Pixel 11 Series
Ahead of the anticipated August 12 launch, fresh details have surfaced regarding United Kingdom pricing and battery specifications for Google’s upcoming Pixel 11 family. The information paints a complex picture for buyers, where a lower price for higher storage tiers is offset by the removal of the most affordable entry-level configuration.
A Shift in Storage Strategy Raises the Entry Point
According to the new figures, consumers opting for a Pixel 11 or Pixel 11 Pro with 256 GB of storage will actually pay £20 less than the equivalent Pixel 10 model. However, this apparent discount does not translate into a lower starting price for the series. Google has eliminated the 128 GB base model entirely, meaning the minimum cost of entry for the standard and Pro devices has effectively jumped by £80.
The pricing structure further diverges for the larger Pixel 11 Pro XL, a model which already started at 256 GB in the previous generation. Despite no change in the base storage tier, the 256 GB Pixel 11 Pro XL is still set to receive an £80 price increase. This adjustment widens the price gap between the Pro XL and the smaller Pro to £200, doubling the previous £100 difference.

The standard Pixel 11 is expected to house a 4,985 mAh cell, a nominal increase of 15 mAh over its predecessor.
In contrast, the Pixel 11 Pro’s battery is listed at 4,850 mAh, representing a small 20 mAh reduction. The Pixel 11 Pro XL will likely see the most notable change, with its capacity reportedly shrinking by 85 mAh to 5,115 mAh. These updated figures are said to be slightly higher than those suggested by earlier rumors. All official specifications will be confirmed during the forthcoming launch event, expected no later than August 12.
