Casio has confirmed that the long-awaited G-Shock x Pokémon collaboration will launch today, July 21, across Europe and the United Kingdom. The limited-edition watch arrives roughly one month after its initial unveiling and will be sold through Casio’s official online platform, physical stores, G-Shock boutiques, and select retail partners.
At the center of this release is the GA-110PKM-7A, priced at €239 in Europe and £220 in the UK. The model steps away from earlier collaborations that used the smaller Baby-G case, instead adopting the oversized GA-110 silhouette with a clear translucent resin body. The dial, bezel, buttons, and hands draw directly from the color palette of the original 1996 Game Boy games, combining Pokémon’s signature red, green, and blue accents across the face of the watch.
Nods to a 30-Year Legacy
Several design choices mark the franchise’s 30th anniversary. The inset dial at 9 o’clock is styled as a classic Poké Ball and features an indicator hand shaped like Pikachu seen from behind. On the translucent resin band, 30 different Pokémon are printed—a roster that spans the starter creatures from every mainline generation, from Kanto through Paldea, alongside Pikachu and Eevee. A subtle detail places the Mythical Pokémon Mew on the translucent band keeper.
A High-Demand Launch Across Multiple Markets
The European debut follows intense demand seen in other regions. When the watch went on sale in the United States, stock disappeared within minutes on Casio.com and at participating retailers. In France, pre-orders already opened briefly at flagship G-Shock locations in Paris and Lyon, where reservations were limited to one watch per person and required an immediate card payment.
Finishing details include an exclusively engraved 30th-anniversary case back, a custom Poké Ball display case, and a dedicated collector’s box. Availability begins today across Germany, the UK, France, Italy, Portugal, and Spain, with quantities expected to be strictly limited.
