Casio has introduced the Bold Camo collection to the United Kingdom, bringing a military-inspired camouflage pattern and gold detailing to two of the brand’s most recognizable G-Shock models. The DW-6900CMG-3ER is priced at £110, while the larger GA-700CMG-3AER carries a £130 price tag. Though the UK launch positions the series in a fresh regional spotlight, the collection is already established on a global scale, having debuted in the United States on June 21 and arriving in Japan around the same period.

A Signature Model Gets a Camouflage Update

The DW-6900 holds a storied place in G-Shock history as one of the line’s best-selling designs since its 1995 introduction. It earned a strong following among hip-hop artists and military personnel, two communities that helped cement its cultural status. In the Bold Camo edition, the iconic “G” logo is woven directly into the camouflage print in a manner subtle enough to escape a first glance. Gold accents appear on the bezel, chapter ring, and dial text, complementing the green pattern without overshadowing it. The watch retains its classic functionality, including the Triple Graph display, stopwatch, calendar, multi-function alarm, and 200-meter water resistance.

Analog-Digital Power in a Larger Case

The second model in the UK drop, the GA-700CMG-3AER, applies the same design language to an analog-digital format. Its substantially sized 57.5 mm case frames gold-coloured vapour deposition on the dial and hands, adding a metallic depth to the rugged look. Beyond its striking appearance, the watch is built for practicality, offering world time across 31 time zones and a hand-shift feature that moves the analog hands clear of the digital display when needed.

The Wider Global Lineup

A total of six models make up the Bold Camo series worldwide, giving UK buyers a view of the broader concept. The wider range includes the metal-bezelled GM-6900CMG-3 and the GA-V01CMG-3A, a notable first appearance for the GA-V01 silhouette alongside established G-Shock collections in a coordinated colour series. The UK launch represents the most camo-forward variants within the pack, offering a concentrated look at the collection’s core theme. Both watches are available immediately through g-shock.co.uk and select retailers.
