As scheduled, Xiaomi has officially introduced the Xiaomi 14 Ultra to global markets. This premium slab smartphone was unveiled alongside the Xiaomi 14 and other products in Barcelona after being initially announced in China.
Xiaomi 14 Ultra Specifications
The Xiaomi 14 Ultra showcases subtle yet meaningful upgrades over its predecessor, the Xiaomi 13 Ultra, with slight design changes. The circular camera module now sports a step design reminiscent of actual cameras, and the frame extends further to the back. Hardware improvements include the latest chip, a newer primary camera sensor, and more.
The device boasts a 6.73-inch OLED display with micro curves all around. Featuring a resolution of 3200 x 1440 pixels (QHD+), 522 PPI, 12-bit color depth, and a 1Hz-120Hz refresh rate (LTPO), the screen supports Dolby Vision, 3000 nits peak brightness, 1920Hz PWM dimming, and DC dimming.
Powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra is coupled with LPDDR5x RAM, UFS 4.0 storage, and a liquid cooling system. Running on HyperOS based on Android 14, the device includes a Leica-tuned quad-camera setup on the rear.

The rear camera system comprises a 50MP primary sensor with variable aperture, a 50MP ultrawide unit, a 50MP 3.2x telephoto shooter, and a 50MP 5x periscope telephoto snapper. Additionally, it features a 32MP selfie camera within the centered punch-hole on the front.
In terms of connectivity, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra offers dual SIM support, 5G capability, WiFi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, GNSS, NFC, and USB 3.2 Gen2. It also includes features like an IR blaster, an in-screen fingerprint sensor, dual stereo speakers, an x-axis linear vibration motor, and an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.
Battery and Pricing
The device is equipped with a 5,300mAh battery that supports 90W wired charging, 80W wireless charging, and 10W reverse wireless charging. The Xiaomi 14 Ultra is priced at €1,499 for the model with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage, available in black and white color options. Both variants come with a leather back, and pricing may vary across different markets.
