Vivo X200 Series with Dimensity 9400 Launching Soon Outside China

Vivo's X200 series has introduced three flagship smartphones powered by the Dimensity 9400 chipset. The current lineup includes a standard model, a Pro, and a Pro mini. The first two models are confirmed to be released in Malaysia on November 19, marking their expansion beyond the Chinese market.

Global Launch Plans

While it's not clear if these devices will be available in other regions right away, the X200 series is anticipated to have a broader global launch on November 22. It's also important to mention that the X200 Pro mini might remain exclusive to China, as it has not been scheduled for release in Malaysia.

Specifications and Features

Regarding the specifications, both the Vivo X200 and X200 Pro are equipped with the latest Dimensity 9400 processor. They feature an LTPO display with a 120 Hz refresh rate, an impressive peak brightness of 4500 nits, and HDR10+ capabilities. The standard model is slightly smaller at 6.67 inches, compared to the 6.78 inches display on the Pro version.

The differences between the two models extend beyond just size. The Pro variant boasts a more advanced camera system, including a 50 MP main sensor, a 200 MP periscope telephoto lens with 3.7x optical zoom, and a 50 MP ultra-wide lens. In contrast, the standard Vivo X200 has a 50 MP main camera and ultra-wide lens, but it features a 50 MP periscope telephoto with 3x optical zoom.

Pricing Information

Vivo has yet to reveal the international pricing for these devices. However, in China, the X200 launched at a starting price of CNY 4,300 (approximately $594), and the X200 Pro begins at CNY 5,299 (around $733).
