Prolific leaker Digital Chat Station (DCS) has provided some intriguing information on Weibo about an upcoming "small straight screen imaging flagship." While the tipster didn’t specify the phone model, comments suggest it could be the vanilla Vivo X200.
The leak indicates that the standard X200 will sport a main camera featuring a 50-megapixel Sony sensor, paired with a 3x mid-range telephoto lens. There is also mention of a third lens, although its details remain unknown.
Display and Design
Regarding the display, the leak reveals that the phone will have a 1.5K panel from a domestic (Chinese) manufacturer with slim bezels. However, details about the screen size or refresh rate were not provided.
This information aligns with earlier rumors that the standard X200 will have a smaller, flat screen compared to the Pro variant's anticipated curved display.
Processor and Battery
The device is rumored to be powered by a Dimensity 9400 processor, MediaTek’s upcoming flagship SoC featuring ARM’s latest Cortex-X925 performance cores. Additionally, DCS hints at a "large-capacity high-density silicon battery," although specific capacity details are still unknown.
Vivo X200 Pro Specifications
The Vivo X200 Pro is expected to feature a 6.7-inch OLED panel with curves on all four sides, a 1.5K resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor. It will share the same Dimensity 9400 chip as the standard model.
For the camera, the Vivo X200 Pro is anticipated to include a 200MP periscope telephoto camera and a suite of BluePrint imaging technology, including a BluePrint Imaging chip with True-TCG HDR technology support, BluePrint Algorithm Matrix, and the first generation of BluePrint imaging chips.
The Vivo X200 series is expected to launch sometime in October. We will keep you updated with any new information as it becomes available.
